Mail-in Repairs
Typically, a person hears about the exceptional repair services that CPR® has to offer, and they decide to research our company to find out more information about it. They may end up finding out that there is no CPR® store location close by. This can frustrate and discourage customers, which is in no way a good thing. Luckily, visiting our store locations is not the only way a person can take advantage of our cell phone repair, video game repair, and small electronic repair services!
CPR® wants to make the repair process more practical for those who are interested in our repair services. We offer a mail-in repair service that allows customers of any location to use our repair services. A customer can download and fill out or mail in a repair request form, which can be found here . On the form, the customer will find detailed instructions on how to send out their damaged device. A customer can choose the shipping method of their choice to send us the damaged device of their choice. It is highly recommended though that the customer pick a shipping method that has insurance and a tracking number, as any number of things can happen during transit that may cause your cell phone or other electronic device to be lost or even severely damaged.
Within one day of receiving your device in the mail, a repair tech will contact you and talk to you about what you need done with your device. The repair tech will give you an estimated cost for the repair to be made. Once you give your consent to the repair, the repair tech will begin work on repairing your electronic device. It typically only takes 48 hours or less for the repair of mailed-in devices to be completed.
