Owners of small electronic devices often have to face device malfunctions or sustained damage of many kinds. We can take many different measures to protect and maintain our electronic devices, but no matter what, accidents or random electronic failures are bound to happen. Mail-in Repairs

CPR® currently has over 90 store locations. We understand if you are unable to visit one of our store locations for our repair services. We also understand that there is not always one of our stores located within a reasonable distance to you. We also understand that many potential customers are also busy and are often left without little or no time to visit any of our local stores, even if one is located close by. Mailing in your cell phones or electronics is not a problem with CPR®!

CPR® offers a handy mail in repair service that allows customers to mail in their damaged electronic devices for repair. The technicians at CPR® are experts at what they do and can perform cell phone repairs, video game repairs, and small electronic repairs. These expert repair technicians specialize in laptop repair, iPod repair, iPad repair, Xbox repair, Playstation repair, Wii repair, Blackberry repair, iPhone repair, HTC repair, and Samsung repair.

Within 24 hours of receiving your damaged device, one of our repair technicians will give you a call and discuss with you the estimated price of the repair. Mailed-in devices are typically repaired within 48 hours.

Modifications

Our expert repair technicians are not only qualified to do cell phone repairs, video game repairs, and small electronic repairs, but they are also able to perform modifications as well. At CPR®, we can perform a wide range of modifications to your cell phone, including unlocking your device so that you can use your phone on another service provider, or even use it overseas! We are also able to change the face plates on your phone to give your cell phone a new and improved look. So, whatever modification your cell phone is in desperate need of, you are encouraged to come to CPR® and discuss your modification needs with one of the many of our skilled repair technicians so we can get the job done for you! What’s great is that most of our modifications can be finished while you wait for your repairs – typically only an hour or less!
